Lotus Nei Gong Somerset is taught by Laoshr Paul Mitchell who has been studying the Martial Arts for almost 30 years.
Paul has always viewed the Martial Arts as a vehicle for self development. It is his belief that through analysis of ancient forms and techniques it is possible to elevate ourselves above the purely physical and mundane.
Paul first began his training in traditional Japanese Karate which he continues to study and teach to this day but about 15 years ago he began to study the Internal Arts and so followed the traditional Taoist martial route of hard to soft.
